| From the view of a lawyer's legal practice, this article makes a comprehensive and systematical introduction of the active policy and laws of overseas investment of Mainland China. Furthermore, based on the starting point of the experience and practice of overseas investment and further development need of Mainland enterprises, with reference to international practice, this article also gives advice and makes suggestions on lawmaking, focusing on the improvement of the policy and laws of mining enterprise overseas investment. |
