Problems occur in soft soil area of deep foundation pit supporting system using conventional plates,for example,the slow construction progress, engineering cost high. Using “pot excavation and center”, this method supports island in ensuring foundation pit draw under the premise of construction safety, saves the massive cost and time limit for a project, and can protect the surrounding roads and underground pipeline. The paper introduces basement excavation Yi kangsheng,Huzhou city and characteristics of the design, expounds the “pot excavation and center support” island in practical engineering application, and provides reference for similar engineering practice. |
