| Mining geology environment of Laiyuan county is a complex system containing various factors which are difficulty to accurately calculate, and a large number of qualitative factors and quantitative factors are intertwined. Meanwhile, the factors are mutual constraints and interrelated. Evaluation on this kind of complex system will result in the net result of evaluation which is not accurate, objective and true if we only depend on the experience and the subjective judgment to qualitative evaluate, which lacks the science and has much randomness. This paper takes qualitative and quantitative analyses on the mining geology environment of Laiyuan county combining the AHP method with assign mark method, and detailed discourses the computational process how to determine the weight coefficient of the evaluation factors. At last the paper obtains a scientific and reasonable evaluation result which provides the decision support for the government of Laiyuan county to deploy the project about the treatment and recovery of mining geology environment. |
