| After operation and management innovation, Zijin Mining Co., Ltd. has formed effective “controlling resource” strategy, i.e., to put exploration into the most important role, then to combine exploration and mining, to make all to be driven by the scientific and technical innovation. This strategy has make and is making Zijin Mining growing very fast and successfully. In this paper, the insurance measurement is explained for this strategy and the implication is proposed. |
