| 在矿业经济全球化的大环境下,我国矿业确立了“走出去”的发展战略,一些国内大型矿业公司制定了公司经营发展的全球资源战略,在海外开展的矿产勘查项目越来越多,且大多采用项目经理负责的方式运作。文章主要分析项目经理负责下的海外矿产勘查团队建设的影响因素,提出建设海外矿产勘查团队的几点建议。 |

| Under the environment of economic globalization in the mining indurstry, Chinese government has drawn up the “going out” strategy. Some large-sized Chinese companies and enterprises set up the global resources strategy for the company’s operation and development more and more overseas mineral exploration projects are carried out. Among these projects, most of them implement the management system of the project manager’s responsiblity for the project operation. The authors analyzed the main factors influencing overseas team building under project manager responsibility system, and propose some useful suggestions on team building of oversea mineral exploration projects. |
