红海块状硫化物矿床含矿围岩由3套岛弧火山岩—火山碎屑岩组成,即深部为一套蚀变岛弧拉斑质基性火山岩—火山碎屑岩;中部的岛弧拉斑—钙碱性系列火山碎屑和碎屑沉积岩;上部为一套岛弧钙碱性系列酸性火山岩—火山碎屑岩,形成于大洋火山弧环境。红海VMS型矿床矿体由上部透镜状块状矿体和下部脉状—网脉状矿体组成,成矿元素以Zn-Cu为主,伴生Ag和Au等,矿石矿物包括黄铁矿、黄铜矿、闪锌矿和黝铜矿,及少量毒砂、方铅矿、磁黄铁矿等,矿体的矿石、矿物和成矿元素分带明显。矿体下盘含矿围岩蚀变范围几倍于块状矿体范围,由热液通道中心向两侧蚀变,有绢云母化±硅化带、绿泥石+绢云母化带、绿帘石+绿泥石±绢云母化带。红海VMS型矿床应为产于火山弧环境伸展环境的Zn-Cu型VMS型矿床。 |

The hostrocks of Honghai volcanogenic massive sulfide deposit consist of three sets of island arc- related volcanic rocks and volcano-clastic rocks, i.e., alternated island arc tholeiitic series volcanic and volcano-clastic rocks in the bottom; alternated island are tholeiitic - calc-alkaline series volcanic and volcano-clasts in the middle part and the island arc calc- alkaline acid volocanic and volano-clastic in the top, which were formed in the oceanic arc setting. The orebodies in the Honghai VMS deposit consist of lenticular massive orebody in the upper part and stock work or vein type orebodies in the depth, and the mineralization elements dominated with Zn and Cu associated with Ag and Au elements.The ore minerals mainly consist of pyrite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite and tetrahedrite, minor arsenopyrite, galena and pyrrhotite. The orebodies are characterized with zoning of ore, ore mineral and metallogenic elements. The footwall alteration is volumetrically extensive and many times larger than the distribution of the massive sulphide orebody. From the hydrothermal channel center to the outwards, the alteration zone can be distinguished as sericitization - silicification zone, chloritization - sericitization zone, and epidotization - chloritization - sericitization zone. In summary, the Honghai VMS deposit is the Zn-Cu type VMS deposit which was formed in the extensional oceanic arc tectonic setting. |
