      第三轮矿产资源规划中明确提出矿产资源勘查开发基地和矿业经济区,促进区域资源开发集聚。文章明确了有色金属勘查开发基地的概念和分类,并运用层次分析法构建了评价指标体系;应用GIS技术,以重要成矿区带、主要有色金属大中型矿产地、重要成矿远景区、整装勘查区和地质工作程度为基础,兼顾国家主体功能区规划、第二轮矿产资源规划情况、不同矿种供需形势,以及区域水、电、交通、经济、人口和政策等条件,开展了我国有色金属勘查开发基地的区划研究;最后在全国范围共划出了3类42个有色金属勘查开发基地。
英文摘要:
      In the third round National Mineral Resources Planning,to build mineral resources exploration and exploitation bases and mining economic regions and to accumulate regional resource development, are clearly presented.This article has clearly proposed the concept and classification of the non-ferrous metals resoruces exploration and exploitation bases, and built the evaluation index systems by using hierarchy analytic process. The study used the GIS technology to conduct regionalization of non-ferrous metals resources exploration and exploitation bases based on the important metallogenic belt, large and medium-sized non-ferrous metals deposits and mines, important metallogenic prospecting areas, monoblock exploration areas and the degree of geological work in combination with national planning of development priority zones, second round national mineral resources planning, supply-demand situation of different kinds of metals market, and also consideration of infrastructure such as water, electric and transportation, economic situation, people and policies etc.. Finally, forty and two non-ferrous metals exploration and exploitation bases which belong to three categories, were laid out.
