灌注水泥是在裂隙发育、破碎漏失等复杂地层钻孔时护壁堵漏的重要手段,是在套管、泥浆护壁堵漏无法实施的情况下护壁堵漏的不二选择。然而,由于机台施工人员大多缺乏灌注水泥的经验和知识,灌注失败和灌注水泥事故频频发生,给生产单位造成很大的损失。作者根据多年的施工经验,总结了各种条件下钻孔灌注水泥的方法。文章特别介绍了多功能注浆器及其使用方法,该注浆器大大简化了水下灌注程序,提高了水下灌注的效果和安全性,为机台人员解决了水下灌注因替水量把握不准导致灌注失败甚至灌注事故的难题。 |

Cement grouting is an important method and one of the best choices to support the drillhole walls and plug the leaky zones when drill in fractured or crushed leakage rock while casing and drilling fluid fail. However, due to lack of experience and knowledge of the drillers, the perfusion failures and accidents occurred frequently, which caused great losses to the production units. According to construction experience, the methods for cement grouting in different conditions were summarized. Specifically, multifunctional grouting device and its usage were introduced. The grouting device greatly simplified the underwater grouting procedure, and improved the effect and safety, which solved the problem that the drillers cannot get the right substitute water volume, and result in fail or even cause accidents. |
