      东源钨矿是皖南地区首次发现的斑岩型大型白钨矿床,文章探讨了物化探综合方法对该矿床的靶区选定、早期发现和勘查的作用。首先通过1∶10万航空磁法测量和1∶20万水系沉积物化探测量,选定重点找矿靶区;其次地表投入1∶1万地磁、1∶1万土壤化探测量,探寻钨矿化异常,查明成矿地质体特征;最后利用槽探工程,对钨矿化异常进行揭露。这种物化探综合方法找矿模式取得了良好的找矿效果。

      Dongyuan tungsten mine is a first large-scale scheelite deposit which is discovered in southern Anhui. This is not only a tremendous breakthrough but destroys the spell of few mineral exploration in the area of southern Anhui as well. The paper has discussed the significant role played by the comprehensive techniques of geophysical and geochemical in selection of targets, early exploration and discovery of Dongyuan Tungsten deposit. Benefitting from Dongyuan tungsten mine, new directions of deposit prospecting has been clarified.Porphyry deposit is a dominating type of Dongyuan tungsten mine. At the very beginning, an important target had been selected by 1∶100000 aeromagnetic survey combined with 1∶200000 geologysical and geochemical survey of stream sediments.Then taking a 1∶1 large-scale geomagnetism and 1∶1 soil geochemical survey to track the tungsten anomalies and identify the characteristics of mineralized geological bodies.Finally, using trench engineering to control and expose the tungsten mineralization.It has been proved that the foresaid comprehensive exploration is very efficient in finding mineral deposits. The objective of this essay is to clarify the significance of geophysical and geochemical methods applied into the process of deposit exploration in term of regional geophysical prospecting, chemical prospecting of mine soil and geomagnetic measurement.
