压实填土地基在施工过程中,回填质量往往得不到有效控制,压实系数达不到规范要求,使建筑物建成后产生不均匀沉降,造成很多质量事故。以建筑物的工程地质条件和填土的工程性质进行分析,指出了产生不均匀沉降的最主要原因,一是填土压实系数未达到要求,属欠固结土,压缩变形量较大;二是原状土具湿陷性,在浸水情况下出现湿陷变形。根据建筑物对沉降差的严格要求,分析了天然地基和复合地基,经过比选,最终提出了挖孔桩纠倾、树根桩整体加固的设计方案,并对挖孔桩、树根桩的承载力进行了验算,对建筑物的沉降进行了理论计算。方案实施后达到了预期效果,建筑物沉降得到控制。可供类似建筑物加固参考。 |

It is hard to control back filling quality and compaction coefficient can’t reach technical specification during the construction of compacted fill ground, It caused non-uniform settlement of building after built. This paper pointed the main cause of non-uniform settlement through analysis on engineering-geological-conditions of the building and the engineering mechanics properties of the filled soil. One reason is compaction coefficient is below acceptable standards, the soil is under consolidated soil and its compression deformation value is big; the other reason is collapsibility of the soil,it will soaking deformation after the soil is soaked by water. For the strict request of the the settlement difference, natural foundation and composite foundation has been be analyzed. The design Solutions such as hole digging- rectifying and root piles improvement are proposed finally. bearing capacity of the hole digging and root piles has need checked, and settlement of building had been theoretical calculated too. The implementation of the scheme has achieved the desired effect, then on-uniform settlement of building can be controlled. This case can be used as a reference for inclination-rectifying and reinforcement of similar buildings. |
