针对油气井试压,试油,压裂等多工况下的复杂温压条件,分析了循环载荷下的固井界面位移变化情况,基于水泥环密封完整性实验装置,运用气窜法测试了高温高压养护条件下水泥环在套管内压力循环载荷下的密封完整性,并运用CT扫描技术对循环载荷施加前后的试件进行了三维可视化分析。实验结果表明:在较高套管内压循环载荷条件下,经过一定数量轮次的加载/卸载循环后,水泥环在卸载过程中容易发生密封失效,且随着套管内压循环载荷的增大,水泥环密封失效所需的循环轮次越来越少;运用CT扫描手段证实了在套管内压力循环载荷条件下,水泥环一界面最易失效,且损伤最为严重,该研究结论可为复杂温压条件下的水泥环密封完整性评价及保护提供技术指导。 |

In view of the complex temperature pressure condition, such as well pressure test, formation testing, fracturing and other conditions, the change of cementing interface displacement under cyclic loading was analyzed, the seal integrity of cement cured by HTHP under the condition of cyclic load was tested using the method of gas channeling and based on the seal integrity test device for cement ring, the three-dimensional visualization analysis for the specimens before and after cyclic loading were carried out using the CT scanning technique. The experimental results show that:the cement is prone to seal failure during the unloading process under the condition of high casing pressure circulating load after a certain number of cycles of loading/unloading. CT scanning method was used to confirm that the cement interface is the most vulnerable to failure, and the damage is the most serious under the casing pressure circulating load. This research conclusion can provide technical guidance for the evaluation and protection of cement seal integrity under the complex temperature and pressure conditions. |
