超基性岩建造中的蛇纹石玉矿床在我国分布广泛。泰山玉矿床位于泰山西麓,是 2009年山东省地质矿产勘查开发局第五地质大队在泰山进行勘查工作中发现的一个超基性岩变质成因的大型玉石矿床。矿山经过开采揭露使蛇纹岩玉化成因和特征认识进一步清晰,矿床经超基性岩侵位后发生自变质,全部变质为蛇纹岩(玉),后期辉绿岩、石英脉等岩体(脉)侵入蛇纹岩内使其进一步玉化,随着玉化程度提高,主量成分 SiO2相对增加, Fe含量减少,稀土含量增加,玉石硬度达 5以上,质感油润厚重,透明度较高,大大提高了玉石质量。由于人们对这类成因玉石的特点认识不足,严重忽视了它的开发利用价值。泰山玉的开发与研究充分证明超基性岩成因蛇纹石玉矿床具有较高的开发利用价值。 |

The serpentine jade deposits in the ultrabasic rock formations are widely distributed in China. Taishan jade deposit, located at the western foot of Mount Tai, is a large jade deposit of ultrabasic rock metamorphic origin discovered in 2009.The exploitation of mine make the serpentine jade formation and characteristics more clear. The deposit has undergone a self-metamorphism stage after the ultrabasic rock emplacement, all of which are metamorphosed into serpentinite (jade). The intrusion of diabase and quartz vein into serpentine make the mine further jadeized in later period. As the degree of jadeization increased, the main components SiO2 increased, and Fe content decreased, and tombarthite content increased, and the hardness of jade is above 5, the texture is oily and heavy, and the transparency is high, which greatly improves the quality of jade. Because people don’t know enough about the characteristics of this kind of jade, they seriously neglect its development and utilization value. The development and research in Taishan jade have fully proved that the ultrabasic serpentine jade deposit has high development and utilization value. |
