| 新疆乌恰地区地处塔里木盆地与西南天山和昆仑山的交汇处，经历了从中元古代到第四纪较为完整的地层沉积作用，印支期、燕山期和喜山期等强烈的碰撞造山作用及长期的风蚀作用。该区在上述地质作用的共同作用下形成了多种奇特的地形地貌和构造奇观，同时该区特殊的地理气候条件也造就了多种天然经济作物与多种野生动物和谐共存的生态环境。笔者建议当地以地质公园建设为先导，改善基础道路条件，兴建河道水利设施，扩大黑枸杞、甘草、锁阳、沙棘等经济作物种植面积，通过水土保护进一步提高和改善当地生态环境，通过创建“高山有机羊肉”品牌，带动当地畜牧业从数量向高质量发展，逐步形成地质公园旅游与经济作物和畜牧业一体化发展，进而实现该地区的精准脱贫。 |

| Wuqia area located in the convergence zone of Tarim basin, southwest Tianshan mountains and Kunlun mountains, has experienced relatively complete formation sedimentation from the Proterozoic to the Quaternary, indo-chinese collision orogeny, Yanshanian collision orogeny, Himalayan collision orogeny and the long-term wind erosion, under the joint action of the above geological processes, A variety of peculiar landforms and tectonic wonders have been formed in this area. At the same time, the special geographical and climatic conditions of the area also created a harmonious ecological environment for many di.erent natural cash crops and Wild animals. The author suggested that the local government should build geological parks, improve the basic road conditions and water conservancy facilities nearby rivers, expand the planting area of such cash crops as black lycium barbarum, licorice root, Suoyang and sea-buckthorn. These e.ective methods can further enhance and improve the local ecological environment through soil and water conservation, and promote the development of local animal husbandry from quantity to quality by creating the brand of “alpine organic mutton”, and gradually form the integrated development of geopark tourism, cash crops and animal husbandry, so as to realize the precise poverty alleviation in this region. |
