为了进一步加强煤矿资源的开发与利用,推进煤矿行业的自动化进程,本文首先介绍了智慧矿山的内涵及主要生产系统;其次对我国智慧矿山建设的现状及存在的问题进行了分析;接着阐述了智慧矿山的框架设计及关键技术,其中包括空间信息技术、智慧采煤技术及矿用传感器技术等;然后在BIM和GIS技术的基础上设计了智慧矿山的建设框架;最后利用BIM和GIS智慧矿山模型对蒋家河煤矿的地下通风系统进行测量。测量结果表明蒋家河地下通风系统的设计较为合理,各巷道的通风量和风速及风窗风压控制效果比较明显。BIM和GIS技术对于智慧矿山建设提供了理论方法,具有一定的借鉴意义。 |

It is hoped to further strengthen the development and utilization of coal resources and promote the automation process of the coal industry. Firstly, the connotation and main production system of smart mine is introduced, followed by the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of smart mine construction in China. Then, the framework and key technologies of smart mine are expounded, including space information technology, smart coal mining technology and mine sensor technology. Moreover, the construction framework of smart mine is designed based on BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology and GIS (Geographic Information System) technology. Finally, the underground ventilation system of Jiangjiahe coal mine is measured by the smart mine model based on BIM and GIS. The measurement results show that the underground ventilation system of Jiangjiahe coal mine has a reasonable design with a well control of ventilation volume, wind speed and wind window pressure of each roadway. This indicates that BIM technology and GIS technology have a significant effect on the construction of smart mine in Jiangjiahe coal mine. |
