| 本文针对应对瞬态工况时适应性不足,导致控制滞后的问题,提出热停堆工况下核电机组蒸汽管道大气排放阀开启控制方法。基于大气排放阀动力学模型,推导阀门传递函数,描述大气排放阀动态特性。设计基于PLC的控制结构,将蒸汽管道的理想压力与实时压力数据输入模糊增量式PI控制器,通过模糊控制在线整定增量式PI控制器参数,将整定后的控制参数与阀门传递函数结合,根据蒸汽管道中压力变化的增量,实现阀门开度的自适应调节。实验结果表明:本研究方法能够在1.4 s内平稳地将阀门开度调整至目标值。有效抑制控制过程中出现的超调与振荡,缓解了瞬态工况阀门的控制滞后的问题,且能够实时改变大气排放阀开度,使蒸汽管道压力保持在安全范围内。 |

| To address the issue of control lag caused by insufficient adaptability during transient conditions, a control method for opening atmospheric discharge valves in steam pipelines of nuclear power units under hot shutdown conditions is proposed. Based on the dynamic model of the atmospheric vent valve, the valve transfer function is derived to characterize its dynamic behavior. A PLC-based control structure is designed. The ideal pressure and real-time pressure data of the steam pipeline are input into a fuzzy incremental PI controller. Through fuzzy control, the parameters of the incremental PI controller are tuned online. The tuned control parameters are combined with the valve transfer function to achieve adaptive adjustment of the valve opening based on the increment of pressure change in the steam pipeline. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can smoothly adjust the valve opening to the target value within 1.4 seconds. It effectively suppresses overshoot and oscillations during the control process, alleviates control lag issues in transient conditions, and enables real-time adjustment of the atmospheric vent valve opening to maintain steam pipeline pressure within a safe range. |
