| This paper introduces a new prospects of the investment in Chinese mining and exploration sector. It points out that social capital is becoming the main source of money in mineral exploration and risk exploration is becoming an important segment for social capital to invest in .But now Chinese mineral exploration capital market has some structural defects in financing methods ,mechanism ,and investers. |
