大岩铝土矿床产于石炭系下统摆佐组之下、寒武系中统高台组古岩溶侵蚀面之上,赋矿地层为石炭系下统九架炉组,铝矿物主要为一水硬铝石,矿体为似层状,厚度及品位受古岩溶侵蚀面地貌制约,矿体围岩为铝质黏土岩,赤铁矿及耐火黏土矿为共生矿产,伴生矿产有镓;矿床成因属古风化壳钙红土沉积型。 |

Dayan bauxite deposit occurred on the paleo-erosion surface of the middle Cambrian Gaotai Formation, and bellow the lower Carboniferous Baizuo Formation. The lower Carboniferous Jiujialu Formation is the host rock of the bauxite stratified orebodies with Al2O3 H2O as the most important mineral. It's thickness and quality are controlled by paleo-erosion surface. Ore-hosting wall rocks are aluminous clay rock. Hematite and refractory clay are coexisted minerals. The associated element is gallium. The deposit, in genesis, belongs to paleo-weathering crust type. |
