| The mineral resources play a fundamental safeguarding role for developing the economy in any country. In order to regulate the market of exploration tenement and rapidly increase the exploration tenement to mining tenement,it is mainly analyzed the own properties of the exploration tenement in this paper:the activities of exploration has itself work regulations; and it is a high risk industrial activities; In general the subject of exploration tenement is a organic joint of more than one investors and geological surveys; the object of exploration tenement is changing from unspecification to specification; exploration results are information products. |
