| Contract of minerals geological survey is established between the equal entities for the purpose of the establishment, change or terminate civil rights and obligations of the agreement for discovering mineral resources, which has significant industry feature of mineral geological survey. The author analyses the elements and the features of the contract in this paper, to deepen the understanding of the contract performance and contract disputes from the point of the view of the geology and the law. Strengthening the awareness of such contracts is important because of the complex disputes much more arising out of the contracts in practicing of commercial mineral geological survey. |
