| 地质找矿工作的变革是一项艰巨而又缓慢的事业,我国地勘行业长期受计划经济的影响,不管从机构设置、政策的制定、从业人员的思想,都带有浓厚的计划经济的色彩。青藏地区现有的矿业开发程度与该区丰富的矿产资源不成比例。为了加快青藏地区地质找矿的步伐,必须加快商业性矿产勘查的进程。从青藏地区地质工作的现状、特点出发,培育矿业公司,政策上鼓励商业性矿产勘查,技术上及时跟进,普及新技术、新方法,实现有效工作时间内的快速找矿,开拓青藏地区市场经济体制下商业性地质工作的新局面。 |

| The geological prospecting work transformation is arduous and slowly, our country in the geological exploration trade by the influence of long-term planned economy, no matter from institutional arrangements, policy-making and practitioners thoughts, all contain grumous planned economy colour.The existing mining development degree and abundant mineral resources is out of proportion in Tibetan regions. In order to accelerate the pace of geological prospecting in Tibetan areas,we must accelerate commercial mineral exploration process.Proceed from the current situation and characteristics of geological work in Tibetan areas ,cultivate mining company, policy encourages about commercial mineral exploration , timely improve technology, popularization of new technologies and new methods, realize quick prospecting in effective working time. Formation new situation of the market economy system commercial geological work in Qinghai-Tibet area. |
