万山特区猫坡汞矿位于扬子准地台和华南褶皱带的过渡带上,属扬子准地台贵阳复杂变形区东缘的湘黔汞矿带南段,北东—北北东向构造对成矿流体的运移和矿体就位起主要控制作用。汞矿赋存于寒武系中统敖溪组第五至七段浅灰色薄层泥晶白云岩中,矿体产状与地层产状一致,矿石矿物主要为辰砂及灰硒汞矿,围岩蚀变主要为白云石化和褪色重结晶化,伴生有硒、闪锌矿、自然银和黄铁矿,矿床成因属沉积—热卤水改造型矿床。 |

Maopo mercury deposit is located in the transitional position of Yangtze Paraplatform and South China fold belt,belong to the southern mercury metallogenetic belt of Xiangqian,as a part of the eastern edge of Guiyang complex deformation zone in Yangtze Paraplatform.The migration of ore-forming fluids and formed as ore bodies are mainly controlled by NE and NNE structures.Ore bodies are occurred in the fifth to seventh segments of Aoxi formation of Middle Cambrian,the ore-hosting rocks are light gray of thin micritit limestone.The occurrence of ore bodies are consistent with its wall rocks.Ore minerals are mainly cinnabar and tiemannite,the alteration are principal in dolomitization and fading re- crystallization,and have associated relationship with Se,sphalerite,silver,pyrite.Overall,this mercury deposit is a low temperature hydrothermal and sedimentary-reformed mineral deposit. |
