It is introduced that processes for the vertical migration of elements, the formation of geochemical soil anomalies, ligand-based soil extract technique and case study. The metal ions which come from mineralized bodies travel upward to unconsolidated surface materials, and can be able to measure using ligand-based soil extractions and ultra sensitive instrumentation. The MMI anomalies tend to occur directly above buried primary mineralization, deeply buried mineralisation is detectable and background values are low. The MMI technology has already made numerous successes. |
