| Oversea resources exploitation is a complex systematic engineering. It requires not only hard power on financing, S&T, but also the soft power to learn the political environment, economy and history of the objective country. To do so can it apperceive the development trend of objective country and evade hidden risks, and to ensure the exploitation proceed smoothly. More and more, soft power becomes the important measure to improve external environment in oversea resource exploitation. |
