      年12月22日,我国成功发射 “资源一号”02C卫星。“资源一号”02C卫星是一颗填补国内高分辨率遥感数据空白的卫星,是根据国土资源主体业务需求定制的第一颗国产高分辨率业务卫星。文章以北京市某试验区“资源一号”02C在轨测试数据为例,对“资源一号”02C卫星数据融合影像进行了变化信息自动发现的方法试验。根据试验区实际情况,对自动变化信息发现方法进行对比分析,主要试验了光谱特征变异法、波段替换法及假彩色合成法。以人机交互提取的图斑为理论值,对比自动发现的几种方法的精度及优缺点并开展了初步的试验和评价工作。

      On December 22,1, CBERS-02C satellite was launched successfully in China. CBERS-02C satellite is the first domestic high-resolution operational satellite customized according to the main business needs of Land Resources, which is to fill the high resolution remote sensing data gaps. Taking the in-orbit testing data of CBERS-02C of Beijing experimental area as example, it was done the method test of detecting change information automatically in CBERS-02C satellite data fusion images. According to actual situation of the experimental area, it was analyzed comparatively the methods of change information automatic detection in this paper, mainly including the methods of aberrant spectrum, the band replacing and false color synthesis.Based on the spots attained by human-machine interaction as the theoretical values, the accuracy,the advantages and disadvantages of the several methods of automatic detection are compared, then a preliminary test and evaluation work is carried out.
