| From the practical legal view, the authors mainly introduce Underground Mining Laws and new Investment Laws of Kyrgyzstan on the basis of data collections of mineral resources and reserves,their distribution, mining management systems and regulations and foreign investment law in Kyrgyzstan. Then authors conduct the comprehensive and systematical analysis on the mining investment environment in Kyrgyzstan, it will help the national investors who like to invest in mining aspects in Kyrgyzstanan useful and overall view. |
