| 稀土资源是战略性新兴产业发展的催化剂,应用前景广阔,是当今世界各国发展高新技术和国防尖端技术以及战略性新兴产业不可缺少的战略物资。我国新材料产业“十二五”发展规划明确提出要重点发展稀土功能材料。文章在系统收集国内外资料的基础上,详细介绍了稀土资源在全球的分布、稀土矿产品生产、消费以及价格等情况,进而分析了稀土资源国内外供需状况。 |

| Rare earth resource is the catalytic agent for the development of strategic emerging industries,which has great application. It is the essential strategic materials for the development of high-tech, defense cutting-edge technology and strategic emerging industry. The national 12th Five-Year Development Plan of New Materials Industries clearly stated that the development of the rare earth application materials will be focused. On the basis of collecting systematically national and overseas rare earth resource data, the authors introduce the world distribution of rare earth resources, production, consumption and prices of rare earth materials iglobally, and further analyze the supply and demand of rare earth resources at home and abroad. |
