| 地勘单位通过近几年的“走出去”发展,取得了不菲的成效,也获取了不少经验。文章通过介绍加拿大的资源概况、矿产勘查开发特征以及地勘单位在加拿大的投资方式,总结出在加拿大进行矿产投资的几点体会:投资加拿大矿业,要学会充分利用加拿大的资本市场；当前是投资矿业的并购机遇期；矿业项目的评价要符合当地标准,要与国内对比；在最恰当的时机退出。此外,在加拿大投资矿业,还要特别关注地表权、土著人和环境问题。 |

| The Chinese geological exploration companies and enterprises have achieved fruitful achievements and accumulated rich experiences in aspect of overseas exploration and mining investment since implementing the “Going abroad” policy in the past years. On the basis of introducing the general situation of mineral resources in Canada, characteristics of mineral exploration and mining , and the investment mode of Chinese exploration companies and enterprises,the paper summarizes the key points if invest in Canadan exploration and mining industry as followings:to know how to make full advantage of the Canada’s capital market; to select the best chance of mergering and acquisiting the exploration and mining companies; the evaluation of mineral projects in accordance with Canadian standards in combination of comparision with the domestic standard, and to select the most appropriate time to exit from the investment market to achieve the profit and reduce the investment risk; pay special attention to surface land right, right of the native people and environmental issues. |
