| The normalized total gradient method was used to interpret the induced polarization anomaly resulted from the polymetallic ore in Qingshui, it is proved that the vertical sections from the normalized total grads can be applied to determine the central depthof anomalous bodies quite satisfactorily, the result is consistent with that interpreted by the source-controlled audio-frequency magnetotelluric sounding method. The case study indicates that the normalized total gradient method can generate a reliable interpretation of induced polarization anomaly with the correct selection parameters. |
