矿山三维可视化建模是“数字矿山”的关键技术之一。通过对栾川三道庄特大型钨钼矿床钻孔、剖面及地形资料的综合研究,运用Surpac大型矿业软件创建三道庄钨钼矿区的地质数据库,可视化解译地质钻孔编录包含的断层、地层和矿体信息,构建地表、地层和矿体的三维模型。直观地显示了矿区地表、地层、矿体的分布特征,为深部找矿预测和勘查设计提供了科学依据;在建立该矿床品位块体模型的基础上,采用距离幂次反比法对矿体有用组分品位进行估值,并对矿床有用组分的平均品位和地质储量进行统计计算,为合理开发矿山资源提供科学依据。 |

Three dimensional visualization and the 3D model of the deposit is one of the key technologies for the construction of the digital mine. Based on an integrated study on the data consisting of the drill holes, cross sections and topography in the super-large sized Sandaozhuang molybdenum-tungsten deposit in Luanchuan, Henan Province, the geological database of the Sandaozhuang deposit was established. The geological drillhole logging information includes faults, stratum and ore bodies characteristics. Then geological interpretation was conducted visually, and finally 3D models of topography, stratum and W-Mo ore bodies were established by using 3D Surpac mine software. Thus the topography, distribution characteristics of the strata and ore bodies in the deposit area can be visually displayed, which provides a scientific basis for mineral exploration at depth and exploration design. On the basis of the block model of the deposit grade, the Distance Certain Power Inverse Method was used to estimate the grade of useful elements within the ore bodies; the average grade of useful elements and geological reserves were computed statistically. The estimation result is much accurate which provides the scientific base for reasonably mining development. |
