| 为了保障国家矿产资源稳定供给和能源安全,寻求企业可持续发展,提高企业国际竞争力,我国越来越多的企业走出国门,参与到全球性的矿业投资市场。但是,海外投资进行矿业并购活动,企业要面对不熟悉的经济、人文、政治、法律、语言等环境,会面临比国内投资更多的困难和更大的风险,这些风险主要分为财务风险、非财务风险以及矿业行业特有的风险等。面对风险,矿业企业在勇敢地走出国门的时候,要积极采取对策,尽量消除风险因素或降低风险损失,实现企业投资利益的最大化。 |

| In order to ensure national energy security and stable supply of mineral resources,seek sustainable development and improve the international competitiveness of enterprises, more and more companies are going abroad to participate in the international mining investment markets. However, companies need to face unfamiliar economic, cultural, political, legal, forenign languages and environments so on when involved into the activities of overseas investment of mining M & A, which will be more difficulties and greater risks than domestic investments. These risks can be divided into financial risks, non-financial risks and specific risks of the mining industry. Facing the risks, the mining companies go abroad with the brave, but they also try to take actively measures to eliminate or reduce the risks or losing of the risks. And the mining companies must to achieve the maximization of overseas investment interests. |
