| Along with the national wide classification reform and comprehensively deepening reform of the public institutions, it has become an inevitable trend for the commercial geological exploration institutions to reform and transform. Undoubtedly, they will also encounter obstructions and difficulties. From the view of a propagandist, the author proposed the perception and relevant suggestions to promote the reform and transformation of the commercial public geological institutions based on the national policy in combination with the current situation of the geological exploration. The author focuses on four aspects to create good environment for public opinion in order to develop the transformation and reform of the geological public institutions. |
