| The author summarizes the operation flowchart and key points of the technical management and quality management in stages of project operation and project management illustrated by the practical experience from the participation in the detailed field exploration process at the depth of Yinshan copper-lead-zinc mine area (Niuqu Beishanqu) and the indoor data compiling and analysis. The purpose is to guarantee the geological exploration project go forward at the high efficiency level and high level quality as well as clear project management clues. |
