地球化学数据中的元素序列与高光谱数据中的波段序列是可比的:(1) 波段序列数据与元素序列数据均可以构成高维点阵空间;(2) 波段之间存在较高的相关性,元素之间也存在一定的相关性;(3) 波段数据服从正态分布,元素数据一般服从对数正态分布,可以转换成正态分布。笔者通过类比,把高光谱数据波段序结构分析思想拓展到地球化学数据的元素序列,结合系统论原理,提出了地球化学数据元素序结构的分析思路。文章对地球化学元素序结构分析的基本原理以及技术构架进行了阐述,并通过一个例子说明地球化学数据如何实现元素最佳排序生成元素序列曲线(即元素基因谱曲线),以及最佳排序元素序列的地球化学意义和元素基因谱曲线的基本地质解释。 |

The elements sequence of geochemical data is similar to bands sequence of hyperspectral data:(1) both of them can form high-dimensional lattice space; (2) bands have higher correlation, elements also have partly correlation; (3) bands data accord with normal distribution, elements data generally accord with log-normal distribution, which can be converted into normal distribution. By means of analogy, the author extended the anylizing method of bands sequence structure of hyperspectral data to elements sequence of geochemical data. Combined with the system theory principle, the authors proposed analysis scheme on geochemical elements sequence structure in the paper,the basic principle and technical framework of analysis on geochemical elements sequence structure has been explained and an example has been set to illustrate how to get the best elements sequence and generate elements sequence curve(i.e. gene profile curve of geochemical elements). In addition, the geochemical significance of the best elements sequence and the basic geological explanation for gene profile curve of geochemical elements are also interpreted. |
