激电法场源必须应用恒流源供电。采用开关电源的模式,既能实现恒流,又可达到场源的轻便化。文章利用STM32单片机和CPLD控制系统,以及惯性环节和积分环节,实现了开关电源的快速稳流。将这种方法和典型的开关电源控制器UC3825控制方法进行了对比试验,结果表明应用该控制方法能够更快速准确地稳流。此外,该方法还可以避免普通开关电源启动太快造成的电压过冲,有效地保护了开关器件。中色地科矿产勘查股份有限公司在IPF-5000激电发送机中应用了本控制系统,达到了较好的效果。 |

The power source of IP must have constant current source. By using the SMPS mode, the constant current can be realized and also easily be carried. A fast constant current control method of Switching Mode power supply was achieved by using STM32 MCU CPLD control system, and Inertia and Integral adjustment. Compared with the UC3825 control system of the typical SMPS, this method can be more rapid and accurate in current control. Besides, the method can also avoid the voltage overshoot caused by the power system suddenly start-up which can effectively protect the switching device. The IPF-5000 machine has a good effect on the application of this control system. |
