| 矿产资源勘查面临的外部环境问题日益受到业界重视。实现地质勘查工作转型,是适应新时代地质工作要求,兼顾找矿突破战略、生态文明建设等目标的必然选择。青海省地质勘查工作面临的外部环境问题,严重影响了“358地质勘查工程”目标的顺利实现。外部环境问题包括地质勘查会破坏脆弱的生态环境,进而影响到农牧民的生产生活,以及神山问题等。经过不断努力探索,多彩整装勘查区绿色和谐勘查的成功经验,为外部环境问题的解决找到了可行方案,但绿色和谐勘查模式的推广还面临着一些现实问题和理论挑战。只有转变思维方式,运用共享价值理论来指导矿产勘查工作,既要做到绿色勘查,又要做到和谐勘查,才能根本上解决外部环境问题。 |

| The external environmental issues (EEI) faced by mineral resource exploration have been paid more and more attention by the industry. To meet the requirements of geological work in the new era, and take into account the targets of prospecting breakthrough strategy and ecological civilization construction, it is an inevitable choice to realize the transformation of geological exploration model. In Qinghai Province, the EEI faced by the geological exploration seriously affected the successful realization of the targets of “358 geological exploration engineering”. The causes of EEI include:the geological exploration can damage the fragile ecological environment, and thus affect the production and life of the local herdsmen, as well as the issue of the God Mountain. After continuous efforts to explore, the successful experiences of the green and harmonious exploration of Duocai package exploration area, found the feasible solution for the EEI. But the promotion of the green and harmonious exploration mode is still facing some practical problems and theoretical challenges. Only by changing the mode of thinking and using the theory of Shared Value to guide the exploration of mineral resources, both green exploration and harmonious exploration can solve the EEI fundamentally. |
