      针对传统土地变更调查工期长、误差大、费用高的问题,同时方便土地执法部门及时对土地违法情况进行整顿,文章提出了一种利用无人机遥感进行土地违法监测的思路和方法。通过对无人机遥感技术进行概述,在试验区进行航飞实验,采用Inpho软件对无人机影像进行处理生成正射影像。在eCognition中采用基于面向对象的分类方法,通过绿叶指数(Green leaf index,GLI)进行两期无人机正射影像的对比,实现变化图斑的自动提取,并经过野外验证得到图斑识别的正确率为81. 8%,从而形成了一套无人机遥感技术应用于土地违法监测的完整方案。

      In view of the problems of long duration, large errors, and high costs of traditional land change investigations, and at the same time facilitating land law enforcement agencies to rectify land violations in a timely manner, this paper proposes an idea and method for using UAV remote sensing for illegal land monitoring. Through an overview of UAV remote sensing technology, an aerial flight experiment was conducted in the experimental area, and Inpho software was used to process the UAV image to generate an orthorectified image. In the eCognition, an object-oriented classification method was adopted. The green leaf index (GLI) was used to compare the orthophotos of two stages of UAVs. The automatic extraction of the change spots was achieved, and field recognition was performed after field verification. The correct rate is 81. 8%, thus forming a complete set of UAV remote sensing technology applied to the land illegal monitoring.
