| 土壤酶是土壤生态系统代谢过程的重要动力。本文综述了土壤酶活性影响因素的研究,总结了土壤微生物、土壤理化性质、农业措施等对土壤酶活性的影响。土壤酶活性的测定是进行土壤酶研究的基础,但目前土壤酶活性的测定还没有统一的方法。本文归纳了土壤酶活性测定的不同方法,详细对比了传统测定方法与新型测定方法,并对土壤酶的研究前景进行了展望,以期为土壤酶的研究在理论与实践上提供参考。 |

| Soil enzymes are an important driving force in the metabolic process of soil ecosystems. In this paper, the research progress on factors affecting soil enzyme activity are reviewed, the effects of soil microbes, soil physical and chemical properties and agricultural measures on soil enzyme activities are summarized. Determination of soil enzyme activity is the basis for soil enzyme research, but there is currently no uniform method for determining the activity of soil enzymes yet. In this paper, different methods for determining soil enzyme activity are summarized, traditional methods and new methods are compared in detail, at the same time, the future of research on soil enzyme activity are forecasted, which aim to provide theoretical and practical reference for the research of soil enzymes. |
