      基于国内外多种遥感影像数据,对浏阳500 kV输变电工程线路建设期水土保持进行远程监控,通过一系列影像预处理、支持向量机结合人机交互目视解译分类,在遥感影像上提取出水土保持目标,包括塔基扰动面积、施工溜坡挂渣、临时施工道路。遥感影像提取的水土保持信息的精度评估以实测数据为标准,质量不合格的部分继续进行分类,直至全部满足精度要求,最后作为成果输出。实验结果表明,基于多星协同的遥感水土保持远程监控技术方法,能够满足浏阳500 kV输变电工程线路建设期每月一次水土保持远程监控需求,为建立高效文明的500 kV输变电工程线路建设期现场水土保持监控提供有效的技术手段。
英文摘要:
      The remote monitoring of soil and water conservation during the construction period of Liuyang 500 kV power transmission and transformation project is based on a variety of remote sensing image data at home and abroad.Remote monitoring of soil and water conservation extracts soil and water conservation targets from remote sensing images through a series of image preprocessing and support vector machines combined with human-computer interactive visual interpretation classification.Soil and water conservation targets include foundation disturbance area, construction slope slags and temporary construction road.The precision evaluation of soil and water conservation information extracted from remote sensing image is based on the measured data.The unqualified parts will be classified until all the results meet the accuracy requirements, that is, they will be output as results.The experimental results show that the remote sensing soil and water conservation monitoring technology based on multi-star collaboration can meet the requirement of remote monitoring of soil and water conservation once a month during the construction period of Liuyang 500 kV power transmission and transformation project.This method provides an effective means for the establishment of an efficient and civilized 500 kV transmission and transformation engineering line construction field water and soil conservation monitoring.
