      青海祁漫塔格那西郭勒是东昆仑地区深部找矿的重点靶区之一,在近年的找矿勘探过程中常常遇到由于水敏性地层而严重影响钻探施工进度及质量的难题。本次研究收集了那西郭勒矿区地质资料、复杂地层钻孔资料、水文资料,对那西郭勒矿区水敏性地层采取岩样,进行表面形貌分析、X射线衍射矿物分析以及泥岩在清水中的膨胀量实验等,对水敏性地层岩石的矿物组分和微观结构进行分析和研究。那西郭勒水敏性地层为奥陶—志留纪滩间山群碳质灰岩、泥炭质灰岩及绿泥石化、高岭土化蚀变带,地层微裂缝多,泥质岩粘土总含量高,蚀变带主要为高岭土化和绿泥石化,容易吸水膨胀,且膨胀量较大。针对该矿区水敏性地层的特点,优选钻井液设计配方。通过正交试验配制了一套失水量低、抑制性和流动性好的适用于那西郭勒矿区水敏性地层的泥浆冲洗液。

      The Naxigole, qimantagana, Qinghai Province is one of the key target areas for deep prospecting in the East Kunlun area. During the process of prospecting and exploration in recent years, there are often problems that seriously affect the progress and quality of drilling construction due to water sensitive strata. In this study, the geological data, drilling data of complex strata and hydrological data of naxigol mining area are collected, and rock samples are taken for water sensitive strata of naxigol mining area. The tests such as surface morphology analysis, X-ray diffraction mineral analysis and mudstone expansion in clear water were carried out, mineral composition and microstructure of water sensitive formation rocks are analyzed and studied. The water sensitive formation of naxigol is Ordovician Silurian Tanjianshan group, the lithology is carbonaceous limestone, peat limestone, chloritization and KAOLINIZATION alteration zone. There are many microfractures in the formation, and its content of argillaceous rock and clay is high. The main alteration zones are Kaolinization and chloritization, which is easy to absorb water and expand, and the expansion is large. According to the characteristics of water sensitive strata in the mining area, the design formula of drilling fluid is optimized. Through the orthogonal test, a set of mud washing fluid with low water loss, good inhibition and fluidity is prepared, which is suitable for the water sensitive formation in naxigol mining area.
