| 玛湖油田水平井钻井过程中钻具摩阻较大,钻具托压效应明显,直接影响了钻井安全与施工效率。基于玛湖油田MaHW6241井实际工况,计算了水平段钻进摩阻,分析了钻具屈曲情况及强度安全性,并开展了加重钻杆安放位置、安放数量、钻压及钻进方式对钻具摩阻的敏感性分析,优选出了适用于玛湖油田水平段钻进的低摩阻导向钻具组合,在玛湖油田获得成功应用,有效降低了水平段钻井摩阻,并减小了轨迹控制难度,有助于实现安全优质快速钻井。 |

| In the process of horizontal well drilling in Mahu oilfield, the drill friction of drilling tools is relatively large, and the pressure drag effect of drilling tools is obvious, which directly affects the drilling safety and operation efficiency. The drilling friction in horizontal section was calculated, the drill buckling safety and strength were analyzed, and the sensitivity analysis of the placement position of HWDP, the number of HWDP, WOB and drilling method to the friction were carried out based on the actual working condition of MaHW6241 well. The low friction guided drill assembly was optimized for drilling in the horizontal section of Mahu oilfield, the friction of horizontal section drilling was effectively reduced and the difficulty of trajectory control was reduced, it helps to achieve the safe, high quality and fast drilling. |
