| 随着自然资源部〔2020〕年43号文的发布,通知各省、自治区、直辖市按照自上而下、上下联动推进的原则全面开展矿产资源规划(2021—2025年)编制工作,各级部门积极响应,全面部署开展本级规划的编制工作。该文通过梳理分析规划编制基础,本轮规划与上轮规划的不同以及规划编制工作需要注意的问题并提出相应意见,以期对编制同行提供参考,促进编制工作的顺利进行。 |

| With the issuance of the Ministry of Natural Resources [2020] No. 43 document, all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government are notified to comprehensively carry out the preparation of the mineral resources plan (2021-2025) in accordance with the principles of top-down, up-down linkage, and stubble promotion, departments at all levels responded actively and comprehensively deployed the preparation of the plan at the same level. This paper sorts out several issues that need to be paid attention to in the compilation work in order to provide references for the compilation colleagues and promote the smooth progress of the compilation work. |
