| 新常态下，地勘单位全面参与市场竞争是不可逆转的趋势。地勘单位必须加强项目财务管理，增强地勘单位的市场竞争力，才能获得生存和发展。地质调查项目是地勘单位的业务主体。目前，地质调查项目存在经费预算编制不合理、项目成本控制意识淡薄等问题。本文在详细调研的基础上，结合工作实践，认为通过优化预算、完善内部控制、规范重点费用的支出，可以达到加强项目成本管控、提高地勘经费使用效率和单位内部管理水平的目的、使地勘单位尽快适应新形势下财务管理的要求。 |

| In the new normal, it is an irreversible trend for the operational Geological prospecting units to participate in the market competition. To survive and develop, Geological prospecting units must follow the general rules of operating enterprises, strengthen the .nancial accounting and management of geological survey projects, and enhance the competitiveness. Geological survey projects are the main business of geological prospecting units. At present, there are some problems in geological survey project, such as unreasonable budgeting and weak awareness of project cost control. On the basis of comprehensive research and analysis which is combined with practice, this paper points out that the objectives of strengthening the cost control of the projects, improving the e.ciency of the use of geological survey funds and the level of internal management of the units can be achieved through optimizing budget and internal control, standardizing expenditure on key costs and controlling key points, so that the geological survey units can adapt to the requirements of .nancial management under the new situation as soon as possible. |
