在“绿色发展”的大背景下,绿色勘查技术越来越受到广泛关注与重视。为了解决在固体矿产勘查过程中避免或减小传统的槽探工程对生态环境的破坏,本文以省地勘基金“四川省旺苍县黄洋—五权地区钒矿普查”项目为依托,提出了采用以钻代槽技术减小槽探对生态环境的破坏,矿区选择了浅层轻便便携式取样钻机(TGQ-15)施工代槽钻孔,在矿区实际施工深度10~15 m,不同岩性层钻进速度0.5~2 m/h,取芯率可达85%~95%。工程试验结果表明,以钻代槽技术满足勘查施工进度及质量要求,弥补了槽探施工覆盖层太厚难以揭露到基岩以及岩层过缓难以揭穿含矿层等弱点,大大减小了槽探施工对生态环境的破坏。另外,该项技术对勘查钒矿、石墨矿、煤矿、粘土矿等地表易风化被覆盖的矿种在地表工程控制方面具有良好示范作用。 |

Under the background of “green development”, green exploration technology has been paid more and more attention. In order to avoid or reduce the damage to ecological environment caused by traditional trenching engineering in the solid mineral exploration process, this paper, based on the provincial geological exploration fund project of Huangyang Wuquan area in Wangcang County, Sichuan Province, proposes to use drilling instead of trench technology to reduce the damage to the ecological environment caused by trenching. The mining area selects a shallow portable sampling rig (tgq-15) to construct instead of trench drilling. The actual construction depth of the mining area is 10~15 m, the drilling speed of di.erent lithologic layers is 0.5~ 2 m/h, and the heart rate can reach 85%~95%. The engineering test results show that the technology of replacing trench with drilling can meet the requirements of exploration and construction progress and quality, and make up for the weakness of trenching construction, such as too thick overburden layer, di.cult to expose bedrock and rock layer too slow to expose ore bearing layer, which greatly reduces the ecological environment damage caused by trenching construction. In addition, the technology has a good demonstration role in the surface engineering control of vanadium ore, graphite ore, coal mine, clay mine and other easily weathered and covered minerals. |
