| This paper summarizes and analyzes the development process, main characteristics and core competitiveness of China Molybdenum Industry, and analyzes the main methods and typical experience of capital operation of China Molybdenum Industry, and on this basis, The paper puts forward the framework and policy suggestions of .nancial support for the transformation and development of mining industry in China under the new situation: (1) to classify and construct the .nancial support system of large and medium-sized mining enterprises and the whole industrial chain of upstream and downstream. (2) We will build a mechanism of deep cooperation between government, banking and mining, adhere to the linkage of investment and loan, and provide a package of .nancial support for international cooperation in mining industry. (3) We will vigorously develop the multi-level mining capital market and improve the proportion of direct .nancing, and provide basic guarantee for the high-quality development of China’s mining industry and international cooperation. (4) To build a mining enterprise industry operation and price risk management system for bulk mineral products, gradually enhance market in.uence and pricing rights. (5) Establish and improve the comprehensive service guarantee system of .nancial support for the development of mining industry. |
