为了更精确、智能和直观地计算各类资源储量的体积,笔者带领科研团队自主创新制作了“土石方三维计算系统”,该系统以智能化的三维饼体模型为基础,分别建立了常规型、墙角型、复杂型和双面型四种模型,可输出挖方体积、填方体积和均衡体积等十几个参数,并自动输出成果报告。体积计算采用数学模型法、三角网法和双曲面法共三种方法;面积计算采用表面法、投影法和抵消法共三种方法,联合计算后,提高了结果的精度与可靠度。为准确估算露天矿山开采的资源储量,以我单位的工程实例,用详实的外业及设计数据为基础,论述了如何建立三维智能模型及处理相关参数的具体过程。经过多个项目实践检验,三维智能模型科学有效、形象直观、成果准确、适用面广,具有良好的推广应用价值。 |

In order to calculate the volume of various resource reserves more accurately, intelligently and intuitively, the author led the scienti.c research team to independently innovate and produce the “earth and stone three-dimensional calculation system”. There are four models of corner type, complex type and double-sided type, which can output more than a dozen parameters such as cut volume, .ll volume and balanced volume, and automatically output the result report. Volume calculation adopts three methods: mathematical model method, triangulation method and hyperboloid method; area calculation adopts three methods: surface method, projection method and offset method. After the joint calculation, the accuracy and reliability of the result are improved. In order to accurately estimate the resource reserves of open-pit mines, based on our company’s engineering examples and detailed .eld and design data, it discusses how to establish a three-dimensional intelligent model and the speci.c process of processing related parameters. After many projects, the three-dimensional intelligent model is scientific and effective, intuitive, accurate, and widely applicable, and has good promotion and application value. |
