本文以门头沟新城建设场地小窑采空区为研究区,在以地震勘探和高密度电阻率测试两种地球物理探测手段圈定采空区空间范围的同时,进一步采用钻探手段精准确定场地采空区分布范围。在此基础上,根据采空区沉陷变形计算理论和场地地基内力计算原理,对门头沟新城采空区场地的稳定性进行了分析和评价。研究结果表明:场地东北角及西南角局部区域有诱发地面塌陷的可能性;其它区域由拟建建筑引起的附加应力,使该区域采空变形的可能性增加,但因采空区埋深相对较大,附加应力影响范围有限,诱发地面塌陷的可能性较小。研究成果可为后续工作及类似项目提供参考。 |

This paper takes mined-out area of Xiaoyao in mentougou New Town construction site as the research area. On the basis of delineating the spatial range of mined-out area by seismic exploration and high-density resistivity test, drilling method is further used to accurately determine the distribution range of mined-out area. On this basis, according to the calculation theory of goaf subsidence deformation and the calculation principle of ground internal force, the stability of mined-out area of Mentougou New City is analyzed and evaluated. The results show that:the northeast corner and the southwest corner of the site have the possibility of inducing ground collapse; Additional stress caused by the proposed construction in other areas increases the possibility of mined-out deformation in this area. However, due to the relatively large buried depth of mined-out area, the influence range of additional stress is limited and the possibility of inducing ground collapse is small. |
