为提高胺类抑制剂的抗温能力,将有机硅KH570引入到聚乙烯亚胺分子中,并通过抑制造浆、线性膨胀、滚动回收、压力传递、吸附量测试及电镜观察等实验手段,研究其综合性能及作用机理。结果表明,有机硅的加入增强了聚乙烯亚胺的高温吸附稳定性,该抑制剂通过在页岩表面发生化学吸附形成致密膜,提高其在高温下抑制泥页岩水化膨胀与分散的能力,有效阻止压力传递。同时,与水基钻井液常用处理剂有良好的配伍性,并具有一定降滤失的效果,可以有效维护深部泥页岩地层井壁稳定。 |

In order to improve the temperature resistance of amine inhibitors, this study introduced silicone KH570 into the polyethyleneimine molecule and studied its comprehensive performance and mechanism of action through a series of experimental methods such as suppression of pulping, linear expansion, rolling recovery, pressure transmission, adsorption capacity test and electron microscope observation. The results show that the addition of silicone enhances the adsorption stability of polyethyleneimine under high temperature conditions. The shale inhibitor forms a dense adsorption film by chemical adsorption on the shale surface to improve its ability to inhibit shale hydration and dispersion at high temperatures, which effectively prevent pressure transmission. In water-based drilling fluids, the inhibitor can effectively maintain the stability of the borehole wall in deep shale formations, and has good compatibility and the effects of fluid-loss reduction. |
