| 为提出可促进黑龙江省石墨产业进一步发展的意见及建议,采用数据分析法和资料分析法对国内国际石墨产业发展及需求现状进行研究分析。研究发现,黑龙江省具有丰富的天然石墨资源,相关企业数量较多,再加上现有及待建的石墨产业基地和黑龙江省对石墨产业的大力支持,多方面综合促使黑龙江省石墨产业具有极大的发展潜力。为了推动产业的进一步发展,需从科学保护及开发石墨资源、组建石墨产业技术创新联盟、推进关键技术的研发及应用、打造黑龙江省石墨产业品牌、黑龙江省石墨产业重点发展方向等角度推动省内石墨产业实现全产业链发展,形成产业优势,打造产品品牌,进而为石墨产业的健康发展持续注入新动力。 |

| In order to give the suggestions on the further development of the graphite industry in Heilongjiang Province, the development and demand status of the domestic and international graphite industry has been analyzed by using the date and information analysis method. Through the research, it is found that Heilongjiang Province has rich natural graphite resources and a large number of related enterprises. Besides, the existing and to be built graphite industry base and the strong support of Heilongjiang Province for the graphite industry make the graphite industry in Heilongjiang Province have great development potential. For promoting the further development of this industry, it is necessary to realize the development of the entire industry chain from the perspective of scientifically protecting and developing graphite resources, establishing graphite industry technology innovation alliance, promoting the development and application of key technologies, building up the graphite industry brand of Heilongjiang Province, and following the key development direction of graphite industry in Heilongjiang Province, etc., so as to continuously inject new power into the healthy development of graphite industry. |
