推动形成以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局,是我国经济在新时期实现高质量发展的必然要求。在“双循环”新发展格局背景下,保障铝产业供应链是增强其竞争力和风险应对能力的重要途径。山东魏桥创业集团是全球最大的铝生产商,其构建的“赢联盟”模式成功解决其工业生产关键原材料——铝土矿资源的长期稳定供应问题。本文通过调研,对其为何以及如何通过构建“赢联盟”模式突破资源依赖瓶颈进行研究,揭示“赢联盟”的“双循环”发展模式对于中国铝产业的重要意义。 |

The promotion of a new development pattern with domestic large circulation as the main body and domestic-international double circulations,is an essential requirement for high-quality development in new era.Under the background of ‘dual circulation’ new development pattern, ensuring the supply chain of aluminum industry is an important way to enhance its competitiveness and risk response capability. The Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group Co., Ltd. is the largest aluminum manufacturer in the world, by which the Winning Alliance Group strategy established successfully guaranteed long-term and continuous supply of its key raw material-bauxite. In this paper, reason and method of solving resource dependence by establishing Winning Alliance Group were studied, and the pattern of Winning Alliance could be practical reference for aluminum industry in China. |
