      胶西北西岭金矿区发现世界级的巨型单体金矿床,将有望成为国内有史以来最大金矿床。在矿区 -2000 m 以下的深部,金矿体与矿化蚀变带均尚未尖灭,深部探矿仍大有可为。目前西岭金矿区已全面进入勘探阶段,深部探矿势在必行。经统计,本阶段的设计钻孔绝大多为定向超深孔,孔深超2000 m的共38个,其中3个钻孔超过3000 m,平均设计孔深1916 m。面对如此多的超深孔,如何保障其在施工过程中不偏不斜,精准钻进至设计见矿位置,达到地质设计目的,成为探矿过程中的重中之重。为此西岭金矿区以“防控为主、纠斜为辅”作为施工理念,结合地质技术(包括钻孔设计、实际测斜、建立施工档案与测斜数据库、数据处理与成图、绘制钻孔轨迹)管控、机台先进防控斜与纠斜方法(钻具选择、钻进参数设置、随钻记录仪、钻具扶正器、定向辅助套管偏心楔一体式纠斜法)等一系列措施保障钻探施工质量,实现了每个超深孔地质设计的初衷,切实高效地完成深部探矿。
英文摘要:
      A world-class giant single gold deposit has been discovered in Xiling gold deposit, northwest of Jiaodong, which is expected to become the largest gold deposit ever in China. In the depth of the mining area below-2000 m, the gold orebody and mineralized alteration zone have not been pinched out, and the deep prospecting is still promising. At present, Xiling gold mining area has entered the exploration stage, and deep exploration is imperative. According to statistics, most of the designed holes in this stage are directional ultra-deep holes, 38 of which are over 2000 m deep, 3 of which are over 3000 m, and the average designed hole depth is 1916m. In the face of so many ultra-deep holes, how to ensure that the construction process is not biased, accurate drilling to the designed ore location, to achieve the purpose of geological design, has become the top priority in the process of prospecting. Therefore, the construction philosophy of Xiling Gold Mining area is “prevention and control first, deviation correction second”. Combined with geological technology (including drilling design, the actual survey, to set up the construction of archives and survey database, data processing and mapping, mapping borehole trajectory) control, the machine of advanced prevention and control method of oblique and restoring(drilling tool selection, drilling parameter setting, LWD recorder, drilling tool centralizer, directional auxiliary casing eccentric wedge integrated rectifying method) and a series of measures to ensure drilling quality. It realizes the original intention of geological design of each ultra-deep hole and completes deep prospecting effectively.
